The feature I want is not available. What should I do?

We are just getting started and are open to feedback and feature requests. Just reach out to us via support chat, share a bit about your team and use case. Happy to explore the functionality where it makes sense!

Are "Unlimited resumes" really unlimited?

Yes. But fair use and abuse policy applies. We will contact you if we notice any abuse. Make sure you are using the service for recruitment purposes only and not abusing it.

It's too expensive for me. Can I get a discount?

We don't really offer discounts. Intead we'd like to focus on proving 10x value than what we charge. If you have a particular use case and suggested price point for it - please contact us via support chat. We are open to exploring it!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to the service until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for the remaining period.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes. You can change your subscription at any time. You will be charged the difference between the old and new subscription. We don't offer refunds for the remaining period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and often local payment methods. We rely on Stripe for payment processing. If you have any issues with payment - please contact us via support chat. Unfortunately, we don't accept PayPal, Crypto or Bank transfers at the moment.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. You can download an invoice from your account page. Sign in. Head to your profile. Then click "Billing". You'll see an invoices section there.

Can you integrate with our existing HR software or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

We are open to exploring integrations with other HR software and ATS. Please contact us via support chat with your use case and suggested integration.

Can you help us with sourcing candidates?

We currenly only focused on helping you screen a load of resumes.

What files types do you support?

We currently support .pdf, .doc and .docx. Let us know if you have custom file requests.

Resume I've uploaded is failing to parse. What should I do?

We are working on improving our parsing engine. PDF is an especially tricky format to parse. If you have a particular resume that is failing to parse - please contact us via support chat. We'll try to fix it as soon as possible!

Do you support non-English resumes?

We are working on supporting non-English resumes. If you have a particular language you'd like to be supported - please contact us via support chat.

If I submit the same resume twice, will it be counted twice?

No. If you submit the exact same resume twice - it will be counted as one. However if you submit two resume files that differ slightly - they will be counted as two. Even if they are for the same candidate.

Is it secure?

Yes. We use end-to-end ecryption while handleing your data. We rely on Stripe to securely process your payments. If you have any specific quetions or concerns - please contact us via support chat.
