Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Experience with learning management system (LMS) administration, preferably within a Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting. Experience in using instructional design software, e-learning authoring tools, multimedia development, and implementing a cloud-based LMS systems required. Previous experience with HR management systems required; experience with Workday preferred. An excellent understanding of HR functions within a mid - large sized organization. Ability to provide insights into data and reports and bring the information to life. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Experience of presenting data and reports to stakeholders would be advantageous. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft products. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in the field. Fluency required in English. Ability to travel up to 10%.
