Who is it for?
It's for recruiters screening hundreds of resumes at once, hiring managers who can't afford a mis-hire, and HR teams that want the first pass done in minutes without giving up control of the decision.
Benefits of AI resume screening
- Time savings: Screen hundreds of resumes in minutes, and spend the reclaimed hours interviewing candidates instead of skimming PDFs.
- Fewer costly mis-hires: A wrong hire can cost a company hundreds of thousands of dollars in salary, ramp-up, and lost momentum — a consistent first pass stacks the odds toward the right one.
- Quality of hire: Surface relevant skills and experience earlier. The right people are the ones who make the plan — and the revenue.
- Consistent and objective: Review every applicant against the same role brief, with the matching evidence shown for each score.
- Candidate experience: Move qualified applicants forward faster.
- Compliance-minded: AI ranks and shows its evidence; your team makes every final decision — the way regulators expect AI to be used in hiring.
Is it secure?
We encrypt data in transit and rely on Stripe to process payments. Your submitted data remains yours and can be deleted from Settings.
Supported file formats
Upload PDF, DOC, DOCX, or ZIP archives. We also support XLS, XLSX, and CSV spreadsheets containing one public resume URL per row. Password-protected files must be unlocked first.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. Start with up to five resumes at a time, then choose a paid plan when you need more capacity. You can also use your own OpenAI key from Settings.
Data storage and processing
We don't sell your data. We store resume fingerprints and parsed text for retrieval, and you can delete submitted data from Settings. Contact support for custom data-handling requests.
AI assists. People decide.
The AI does the first pass and shows its evidence; a human makes every hiring decision. That human-in-the-loop design is the direction AI hiring regulation is heading — read our plain-English guide to AI hiring laws for an honest look at where the rules stand and where we do.
Resume screening at scale
Compare large candidate pools against the same job description, rank relevant experience and skills, and focus the team's review on the strongest evidence. Structured scores make the first pass faster while keeping the final hiring decision with people.
Screen high resume volumes effectively
Start with a specific role brief, upload the full candidate pool, then review ranked applicants with their matching skills and experience. This gives recruiters a repeatable first pass and helps prevent relevant candidates from being overlooked during high-volume hiring.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits do not currently expire. If that policy changes, we'll provide one month's notice.
