Manage your billing details and invoices
Settings now links straight to your billing portal, where you can set the company name, address and tax ID that appear on your invoices, and download past ones.
The company name on your invoices is whatever was entered when the payment was made. If that turned out to be the wrong entity — a personal name instead of the company, or the wrong company in a group — correcting it used to mean emailing us.
What changed#
Workspace Settings now has a Billing details & invoices link under your credit balance. It opens your billing portal, where you can update:
- the company name printed on your invoices
- the billing address
- your tax ID or VAT number
- the billing email
You can also download every invoice and receipt issued to your workspace from the same place.
Good to know#
Changes apply to invoices issued from that point on. Invoices that have already been issued are final and can't be edited — if one of those has the wrong details, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
If your workspace is on a plan, set your details before the next renewal and the renewal invoice will carry them automatically.
