Support moves to email

The in-app chat widget is gone. Every Feedback and Support control is now a Contact us button that opens a pre-filled email to our support team.

We removed the live chat widget from ResumeScreening.ai. Support and feedback now run over email.

What changed#

Everywhere the app previously opened a chat—the header, the footer, the pricing page, the settings page, and the feedback controls on a set of ranked results—you will now find a Contact us button. Clicking it opens your own email client with a message to our support team, pre-filled with a useful subject line and, where relevant, the context we need to help you.

For example, reporting an inaccurate ranking now drafts an email that already contains the job title, the length of the description, and how many resumes you uploaded, so you can add your notes and send.

Why#

Chat put a persistent widget on every page and kept conversations locked inside a tool you had to be on the site to use. Email is where the rest of our support already happens: you can reply from any device, keep the thread, and forward it to a colleague. Nothing is lost when you close the tab.

What this means for you#

Nothing to set up. If you had an open chat conversation, email us and we will pick it up from there. The Contact us button is in the site header and footer on every page.
