Blind ranking (name, email, phone)
Ranking no longer sees candidate name, email, or phone. The recruiter view still shows the original name.
Scores are now produced from a redacted copy of the resume. Name, email, and phone are stripped before the ranking model runs. Similarity embeddings already dropped contact details; this extends the same idea to the ranking prompt.
The recruiter list and resume view are unchanged: you still see who each candidate is. Education (schools and graduation years) stays in the ranking text because it is part of evaluating fit.
